राजकीय एवं निजी अनुमोदित चिकित्सालयों में योजना का लाभ प्राप्त करने हेतु पात्र लाभार्थी का RGHS के अन्तर्गत पंजीकरण होना अनिवार्य है। बिना पंजीकरण योजना के परिलाभ देय नहीं होगें।

RGHS राजस्थान सरकार स्वास्थ्य योजना RGHS ( राजस्थान गवर्नमेंट हेल्थ स्कीम )  Rajasthan Government Health Scheme का लाभ प्रदेश के लगभग 65 लाख लोगों को मिलेगा । राज्य के 8 लाख सरकारी कर्मचारियों, 3.28 लाख पेंशनर्स, 17703 पंचायतीराज कर्मचारियों, 29399 शहरी निकायों के कर्मचारियों और 26490 स्वायतशासी बोर्ड निगमों के कर्मचारियों को इस योजना के तहत इलाज की सुविधा मिलेगी। वित्त (बीमा) विभाग के अधीन राजस्थान सरकार ने राजस्थान गवर्नमेंट हेल्थ स्कीम (RGHS) शुरू की है।

7th Pay Commission : All the Employees of State Govt who are drawing pay in the prescribed levels in the pay Matrix as prescribed under the Rajasthan Civil Service (Revised Pay) Rulues, 2017 and in the scale of pay structure identical to the Rajasthan Civil Service (Revised Pay) Rules, 2017 :-

राजस्थान सरकार के वित्त ( बीमा) विभाग का आदेश क्रमांक F5 (5) Fd / Insurance / 2020 Part 11 Jaipur Dated: 07 Jul 2021 द्वारा राज्य कर्मचारियों और और पेन्शनर हेतु Deduction for Rajasthan State Employee and Pensioner हेतु निम्न निर्देश प्रदान किए गए है। (आदेश डाउनलोड करें )

RGHS Deduction Rules

• Rajasthan Government Health Scheme Fund हेतु कटौती दिनांक 1 जुलाई 2021 का प्रभावी होगी। जिसकी कटौती माह जुलाई 2021 Paid in 1st अगस्त 2021 के वेतन के शुरू की जावेगी।
• 1-1-2004 को या उसके बाद नियुक्त कार्मिकों को राज मेडीक्लैम पॉलिसी में बने रहने या Rajasthan Government Health Scheme में लाभार्थी होने के लिए रजिस्टर करने में से किसी एक के चयन का विकल्प देना होगा। और यदि वे Rajasthan Government Health Scheme योजना में सम्मिलित होने का विकल्प देते है तो उनके वेतन से प्रतिमाह उक्त तालिका के अनुसार कटौती की जावेगी।
• 1-1-2004 को या उसके बाद नियुक्त सेवानिवृत्त कार्मिक इस योजना में उक्त मासिक Subscription पर शामिल हो सकते है, उक्त वर्णित दरों पर एक साथ 10 वर्ष की कटौती कराने पर आजीवन सुविधा के साथ इसमें शामिल हो सकते है।
